The JV provides software solutions and services to Federal and State government agencies in the areas of Technology upgradation/modernization and implementation of enterprise applications. Together, they intend to capitalize on the proven capabilities of both the organizations in addressing the multi-billion-dollar federal and state government software services market.
Advent Services LLC will provide Cybersecurity Engineering - Engineering for Platform / Deployable / Weapon Systems, Cybersecurity Risk Management - Risk Management Framework Support, Managed Security Services - Regulatory Compliance (DFARS/NIST/CMMC, GLBA, HIPAA, PCI DSS), Cybersecurity Training - Phishing Testing & Cyber Security Awareness Training.
Ardent Technologies, Inc. currently serves numerous federal/state department agencies, and will provide its core Systems Engineering Services - Full Life Cycle System Development, and Technology Support in the areas of IT and Communications.
